Pass holders can find their Pass ID or QR code in the "My Tickets" section.
How to verify a Pass:
- Ask the attendee to show their digital pass or QR code
- Scan the QR code or enter the Pass ID manually
- Click "Verify" to check validity
- Grant entry if the pass is valid (it will be marked as used automatically)
💡 Tip: Series passes are valid for ALL occurrences of recurring events. Regular tickets are valid for a single entry.
